Where is Little Ladies Boutique located?

Everything is made with love and shipped out of Allen, TX.


What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the custom handmade nature of Little Ladies items, there are NO REFUNDS,  NO EXCHANGES or NO RETURNS.  


All sales are final.

Please note there may be slight variations in pattern placement/color, I cant promise any exact placement, especially because most are from vintage material.  If your item does not fit, please feel free to resell or gift them.  There are NO exceptions.  If there is a workmanship issue regarding our product, please email us.  Workmanship issues will only be considered within 3 days of delivery.  If we find there is a problem with your product it will be exchanged for the same size and print only, no refunds will be given.  Exchanges may only be considered if the item shows no visible sign of wear/tear and is considered new.  The merchandise present state should be unworn to be considered for any exchange.  Little Ladies has the right to refuse exchange/refund and is subject to request proof of defect.

How long until my order ships?

The turnaround time is 4-6 weeks and shipping is first class (2-5 business days with an optional upgrade of priority (1-3 business days). (US only).  International shipping is first class with optional upgrade to priority which is 6-10 business days.

If you order the rush option, your order will be shipped under 2 weeks.

How does Little Ladies clothing fit?

All items are true to size and the panel/long sleeve rompers are true to size with room to grow.


Hours of operation?

I am open to answer emails 6am-5pm central Monday-Friday. Please allow 48 hours MAX for a reply on weekdays. If you emai on the weekend I will reply the next business day.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Little Ladies ship worldwide!

As of 10/22/15 all orders will be shipped international priority at a rate of 26.5


How do you ship USA orders? will I be notified my order has shipped?


We ship to the address provided via paypal.  Once you check out and submit order, I CAN NOT change your address.  Please double check that your info is correct before check-out.  Domestic orders ship via USPS priority with tracking and insurance.  Once shipped, you will get an automatic email through paypal, alongside tracking number to anticipate your package.


Shipping Disclaimer.

LIttle Ladies is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.  Delayed scanning on USPS part is beyond our control once the package leaves our premisis.  Please allow 48 hours for USPS to update their tracking.  What you see on their site is what i see.  Please contact your local post office for these rare instances/situations.

Can I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel an order, it MUST be done within 48 hours of placing your order, otherwise the handmade process has begun.  Please note that these are FINAL SALE which means no returns or exchanges.  It is best to gift/resell.


How do I launder my item?

All items must be HAND WASHED AND LAYED FLAT TO DRY.  Our pieces are made by hand and must be handled with care.


How long does it take to get a response from an email?

I am usually good at getting back to you in the same day, but I allow a 48 hour window for a response.  Hours of operation are monday-friday 8-5, I will not be replying to emails after or before that time.
